Thurbo Darjeeling 2nd Flush

This exceptional Darjeeling was grown and produced at the fine Thurbo Tea Estate in the Darjeeling region. Thurbo Estate is known to produce some of the best Darjeeling teas. Our Darjeeling Thurbo Second Flush is exceptionally floral, and was produced during the peak of this year's Second Flush season. These dark tippy pointed leaves have notes of aromatic plum and vanilla. The well fired leaves produce a particularly sweet, rich and smooth tasting tea liquor with a complex flavor and aroma.

Once steeped, the red-amber liquid is incredibly smooth, thick and soupy. At first sip you will notice the prominent muscatel notes, honey sweetness, stone fruit- notably plum, musk, and the vanilla notes carry from the dry leaves all the way through to the finish. This Darjeeling is absolutely exceptional; we are proud to offer one of the finest that this season has to offer.
