One of my everyday teas. It's light but flavoursome but not too strong. I can't work out whether it is more grassy or hay like personally. However I always use as a part of mix. It has a lovely colour too. Greatly recommend it.
I love this tea. It's the first kukicha I've enjoyed, as the others I'd tried were bitter and grassy. This one is amazing! It's rich yet light, sweet yet earthy, and is versatile and unfussy to brew. The color is a beautiful pale green. I've ordered 2 rounds of 1.76 oz, and am going to 3.52 oz this time as I am running out too fast.

One of my favorite umami flavored green teas. A distinct lack of green coloring when seeped, and thankfully lacked in grassy flavor. A bit of a weak flavor, though the longer the seep the stronger the flavor.

Light, sweet, and grassy. With not a lot of caffeine, this is a delicious tea to relax with in the evening.
Delicious! Very fresh, not at all bitter.

My first foray in to Japanese teas and it's a beauty. Smells like I've just mown the lawn but tastes light and sweet.

Can't get enough of this tea. Doesn't have a super complex and rich taste like some teas. It's nice, light and grassy.
Not loaded with caffeine but the theanine levels in this tea means it keeps you nice and alert, perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up
This tea is fantastic. It DOES have caffeine, plus it has a high level of theonine, an amino acid that promotes relaxation. With this tea, I get a relaxed energetic state that I don't get from any other beverage that I know of.

A nice "every day" tea. It looks great if you have a glass tea cup, and it tastes nice as well. I can't really point out what its flavour reminds me of, but it is nice and light.
