Description
Our Sencha Miyazaki is made from the most popular Yabukita cultivar, with tea leaves picked 3-5 days after the first flush harvest has begun, and it was grown on the coastal Miyazaki prefecture on the Island of Kyushu. Sencha is a fine Japanese tea from the first picking of the season- which is typically around February in milder climates. Its slender leaf is fragrant, shiny, and dark in color. Once steeped, Its aromatic savory infusion produces a wonderful fresh green taste that is grassy, slightly vegetal in flavor, with a clear, brilliant green liquor with a nice touch of umami. Our Sencha Miyazaki has a fresh taste that you will enjoy for multiple steeps! |
