Pre Qing Ming Qi Yun White

Pre Qing Ming Qi Yun White Tea is an exquisite early spring tea sourced from a small tea garden, where the tea plants are carefully nurtured and lovingly handled.

Qi Yun is a young Taiwanese cultivar that was crafted by crossbreeding several bushes from Qimen (Anhui, in China) at the Taiwan Tea Research Institute. Its a bush originally made for producing black teas but experiments with white tea production have been very successful.

Visually, its leaves are vibrant, stunning, large, and green, and you will appreciate the care that went into this fine tea. Once steeped, they release a clear yellow liquor and a delicate, refined aroma. At first sip, you will notice hints of sweet yellow flowers, light grassy notes, and fresh cucumber.
