Description

Our Culinary Matcha is a lower grade Matcha powder specifically intended for all your cooking needs! It is perfect for baking (think: cupcakes, breads, cakes, soup) and for your creative blended drinks; such as smoothies and green tea lattes! Culinary Matcha is not intended to be drank straight, but makes the perfect ingredient for all kinds of recipes and Japanese dishes.

This matcha is produced with leaves that may have been broken or maybe bruised before being dried and ground. This creates a much stronger flavor of matcha, which is absolutely ideal for a powdred tea that will have a strong enough flavor in your finished product! Popular among chefs, and in sushi restaurants, cafes and many other establishments, Culinary Matcha is the perfect pure green tea flavoring ingredient!

I Love Tea

This is my favorite matcha for my green tea recipes. I add a serving to my vanilla protein shake for a mid-day pick up. I also blend frozen bananas with a serving of culinary matcha to make an "ice cream" treat. Seriously this is a great ingredient matcha!

I add to my daily smoothie/protein shake and it works great. No need to purchase higher grades for this usage.

I use it to make Matcha "ice cream" (with frozen yogurt) and also make a Matcha mango smoothie (other fruits work well too).
