Description

Our Healing Hibiscus Cocktail features bright hibiscus flower tea - studies show that hibiscus may fight low-grade inflammation, reduce anxiety and help combat mild depression. Dieters love hibiscus tea because when consumed regularly, hibiscus tea has shown to aid in lowering the body’s absorption of starch, glucose and carbohydrates which may help with weight loss. We have added lemongrass and ginger- known for their healing digestive benefit; and lemon verbena- known to naturally boost your mood and reduce feelings of anxiety; while the touch of pure rose brings calming benefits.

Once steeped the bold rose-scented infusion releases a rich red color and at first sip a bold tart hibiscus taste takes the forefront with a fragrant rosey note lingering in the back ground, it finishes with a slight lemon taste and gingery bite.

All in all a great tea, the colour is beautiful, if that’s important to you like it is to me. The flavours of the ingredients aren’t overpowering, (there’s no omg ginger) there is a light taste to it. One thing I found out is that the tartness of the hibiscus becomes stronger the longer you let it sit in your mug. Otherwise, it’s a great cup of tea!
