In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to issue a gift card instead of a monetary refund for returned merchandise.
**Received an Incorrect, Damaged, or Incomplete Order?**

**Refund Processing Time for Online Orders**
Refunds to your credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay account should appear within 5-10 business days of processing. Please bear in mind that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Kindly be aware that if the original payment method is no longer valid, we cannot process a refund using an alternative payment method. In such cases, we would happily provide a TEALYRA gift card for the refund amount.
